At The Woolly Mammoth, we exclusively source ethically-raised Merino and Alpaca wool. Our fibers are extra-long to prevent pilling and are treated with a natural wash that ensures softness against the skin without the use of harsh chemicals.
How should I care for my Woolly Mammoth garments?
To preserve the natural fibers, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a gentle wool detergent. Always lay your items flat to dry on a towel; never hang wet wool as it can stretch the garment out of shape.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 2 business days and typically arrive in 5-7 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout for those who need their cozy essentials sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and intimate wear cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
